Hi All I am trying to upgrade my maestro to firmware v3. I have run the config tool to get my basic configuration. Formatted a new sdcard for this install. Copied the files configuration.zip from the config tool download to my /sys folder. downloaded DuetMaestroFirmware.bin and copied to my /sys folder. downloaded latest dwc and copied to /www folder. power up and open dwc but the firmware version is "Firmware: RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 Maestro 2.05.1 (2020-02-09b1)"
      The dwc is ver 2.1.5.
So I tried download and then use dwc "Upload system files" and I get ``

      M997 S0
Error: M997: In-application programming binary "iap4s.bin" not found

      Any help appreciated..

@lyndon Copy "iap4s.bin" from https://github.com/dc42/RepRapFirmware/releases/tag/2.03 to your sys folder, then try. Note that you need to upgrade to 3.0 first, then to any of the 3.01 RC# versions.

Hi all and thanks for the replies I did try copying it from the my previous sd card. The upgrade seems to have worked, but I'm left with configuration issues now. lol. here we go back to the wiki and config tool..

@lyndon post your config.g, and what you're having problems with. Also, if you run your config.g with M98 P"sys/config.g" it will report errors it finds.

If you're going from 2 to 3 you should consider getting a fresh config from the online configurator to see what the major differences are.
