my smarteffector partially lost sensitivity: now when executing G32 at some "touch" points probe "feels" heatbed well, at other points if feels it very bad... even the textolite bends a bit...

@dc42 what can i to to fix it (if it is fixable) or smarteffector board replacement?

on video attached you can see first 2 heavy probes, most of other probes sound ok.

i tried rotating smarteffector around -it did not resolve the issue , but faulty touch points migrated to different locations.

Wow that's a lot of flex there.

Just to verify, do you have the sensitivity and other parameters set as recommended here? https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Smart_effector_and_carriage_adapters_for_delta_printer#Section_Commissioning

well, i have completely disassembled smarteffector, and put everything back...
also changed M558 from P5 to P8. now it works....
current setup was running for a year or so without major issues...

could it be instable +5v ?

I think you had a bad connection on the +3.3V or GND connection on the 8-way connector. At the "heavy" probe points in your video the green LED was flashing twice, suggesting that the effector had reinitialised. It might be worth re-doing those crimps.
