Problem with duet 3 firmware

Well i was building a new printer with a Duet 3 , after i followed the step i was able to connect to YAT and get the command for the version and IP , tried to access the duet web page but couldn't was getting an error 10 ,
Readed how to solve this decided to erase the firmware and start over , following step again now the DIAG led stay red , trying to reinstall firmware but Bossa or YAT will not do anything , i get the COM port on , but nothing happen
looking at the peripheral i get bossa port,
looking in the wiki there there like multiple page using different software and him lost so i need help

Should have worked, could be a bad usb cable or possibly a bug in the bossa program.
Try a different USB cable or two, or if it still fails maybe try the alternative SAM-BA software?

IT a brand new cable that i just bough a few hours ago and it was working fine not too long ago

It may be necessary to erase, and or erase then reset (tiny button on edge) several times.

i might have fix my issue , i eneded selecting a older firmware file and bossa was able to install it this time

Could you post which version failed and which worked?

tried the last one , and it wasnt working , so i tried the one that was like a week old ,
now him still impossible to acces the web control tool

did you download DuetWebControl and put on /www on the SD card?

Got it to work finally , file were on the sd card just not in the proper folder it seem ,

Glad it worked out; @droftarts or one of the other BOSS'es might wanna look into if there is a difference between RC11 and RC10 when it comes to failing to flash, or just coincidence?
