Issue with quoted strings from mobile device
-
Just came across an oddity on DWC when using a mobile device (an iPhone in this case)
It seems the double quotes are not recognised by DWC (or maybe RRF)
If I copy and paste this from the wiki it worksM409 K"move.axes" F"f"
But if I type it on my iPhone you can see a slight difference in the double quote character and it fails with a message
“M409: Error Expected string expression”Interestingly when I type it on the forum here they both look the same.
M409 K”move.axes” F”f“But if I copy and paste from here to DWC it reverts to looking like 66 & 99
Not a big deal for me.

M409 K”move.axes” F”f“if you look closer you'll see they're not the same. the three first ones are wider at the top, and the last is wider at the bottom of the quotation marks; and both are "wrong" as they're not straight like the "normal" ones. this is a common issue, also when copy and pasting from the internet.
to illustrate better
M409 K”move.axes” F”f“
vsM409 K"move.axes" F"f"
not sure how to "fix" it for the iPhone though.
