Looking to add a temp sensor for my enclosure. Is there a reliable recommendation for the Duet3?

There is little difference with respect to reliability; thermocouples are more noise prone but needs a daughter board. PT1000 are preferred for the Duet3 but a 10k or 100k NTC will work just fine as well.
