      Hello everyone,

I just ordered a Duet2 WiFi for my Ender3 Pro and I was wondering if anyone has done this before and/or if anyone has a guide for me to follow?

I know there exists a guide for the Duet Maestro and the Ender but I dont know if I can follow this very similarly (this may be a dumb question, but this is my first time using a Duet board).

      My main concerns are:

      • list item: is there are any tricks involved with the wiring, or is it pretty direct?

      • list item: how to set-up the duet2 wifi (again I amm new here)

      • list item: how to set-up the config files. (I plan on having cold extrusion, customizing the extrusion rate, giving the user the ability to modify the bed temperature, and modify some things in the original GUI since I want to delte/add some features).

Thanks in advance for all your help!

That guide would still be helpful to give you an overview of the process and give you links to other useful documentation to follow. It would be slightly different in the wiring and mounting obviously.

There is documentation to help you get started. The Duet and RRF has a lot of depth, so it's hard to have a super basic hand holding guide for every conceivable printer combination, so it will take some reading to get over the learning curve. And any questions you have can be asked here.

I'm not sure what you mean for tricks to the wiring, but there is this: https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Guide/2.)+Wiring+your+Duet+2+WiFi-Ethernet/9?lang=en

Config files can be created with the online config tool. https://configtool.reprapfirmware.org/Start

There is an ender 3 pro option there that should get you a pretty good starting point.
