Lights on two of my stepper motors

Hi there,

I have two yellow light on my x axis and E stepper motor.

Is this correct? and if not do you have any idea on how to fix?

Im doing this on an ender 3

they're indicating the state of the end-stops, but i think they're red on the genuine boards, so if its a genuine board i'd say its not correct.
