I am having a problem , after printing for 40 minutes it appears the y axis is skipping or something. I can print multiple towers much higher than this without a problem. Any ideas? (of course you guys have ideas! That is why I moved to the DuetWifi from Replicape)

Most likely the nozzle hit a blob and the Y axis skipped steps. Here are some things that may help:

            • Increase Y motor current, if it isn't already close to the rated motor current
            • Reduce Y travel speed
            • Reduce acceleration

As David said. The other possibility, if you are printing on a glass clipped to the bed, is that the glass shifted when the nozzle hit the blob. I used to get that with my old Mendel.
