This is my larger printer, approx 500mm by 500mm by 400mm in z. Fully enclosed with an arduino based air quality/temp/humidity setup. I need to swap out a ballscrew as I have a bent one (from new...). I am using Prusaslicer to generate Gcode which seems to work nicely for me.

Next change will be to water cool the motors as they get toasty in there (all the electronics sit underneath with a fan to cool.

        first world problems much? 😁

Jokes aside; looks like pretty hard core! Presume the smaller screen is the "HVAC" control?

yes, first world problem! It was originally intended to also do some light machining etc so i went with ballscrews. Just never went down that route in the end as I have access to 3 axis CNC machine.

Yes smaller screen is HVAC and a few other bits and pieces. I also monitor the fan speeds, voltages and you can change the enclosure setpoint. I am building a second for the other printers enclosure with a 7 inch touch screen (I will probably swap the larger screen to this printer as it will 'match' the Paneldue

I also need to sort out the mess of wires at the printhead. It was originally in a drag chain like the motor wires but the loop cost me access on the extreme end of the x axis so went to an umbilical cord but it just looks a mess now 😞
