Hi have an issue. I have randomly a heater fault. I change the heater and the sensor and I'm still have the error. I can do a 6 hrs print with no issue. Restart the same print a couple of time with no problem. 2 or 3 days later I try to start the print again and I have the heater fault. Any idea?

If the issue isn't with your wiring then examine the VSSA fuse if your Duet have one (depends on the revision of the board).

@bearer normally a fuse is good or not. I've never seen one almost good.

then you might want to ask google how a PTC fuse works, and doesn't work.

was added to rev 1.02 so yes.

https://forum.duet3d.com/search/?term=vssa lots of refrences to this, and if its not the wiring or sensor then the vssa fuse and the microcontroller are the next links in the chain. fuse is the simplest to test/replace.
