Problems with resetting z height values

  • Good afternoon! This is the fourth day I have mastered Duet 2 WiFi, I had no previous experience with the Board. I installed it on the anycubic Predator Delta printer. Settings are all based on guides on the Internet RRF2 with modification for RRF3. There is one problem that I cannot overcome. After calibration is complete, all axis values are determined correctly, and the values of the hot bed height map are also saved to the appropriate file, but after the printer restarts or when printing is complete, the Z-axis value becomes 915mm instead of 456mm. and accordingly I get an error:
    G28
Error: G0/G1: target position not reachable from current position

Please help me with checking my configuration files for errors, I don't understand what is causing this problem....

@Misterion said in Problems with resetting z height values:

    M574 Y1 S1 P"ystop" ; Y min active high endstop switch
    M574 Z1 S1 P"zstop" ; Z min active high endstop switch

You've got your endstops set as minimum endstops, not maximum endstops. They should be

    M574 X2 S1 P"xstop" ; X min active high endstop switch
    M574 Y2 S1 P"ystop" ; Y min active high endstop switch
    M574 Z2 S1 P"zstop" ; Z min active high endstop switch

And another question on this point... Fan0 is the cooling fan of the extruder, and Fan1 is the cooling fan of the part, but for some reason they are put together from web control

  • Thank you very much for your help with the Z axis, I am really impressed with such prompt help!!! It really helped

@Misterion Fans that are thermostatically controlled, in your case Fan1, are under firmware control, so no fan slider is displayed. Only Fan0 will be controllable from DWC.

  • Tell me there are no more errors in the rest of the code?

  • Moderator

If you send M98 P"config.g" do you get any error messages?

  • Thank you again for your help, now everything works like ... hmm...3d-printer))) It remains to calibrate the steps of the extruder, the flow, the pressure advance setting, and so on
