Hey there. Just wanted to note that while making a new setup for moving to RRF3.x the configurator wouldn't let me go through with my machine as a homed height of 877.95 is apparently just too tall.

It'd be nicer if it warned you and "are you really sure your printer is this weird?" instead of having to set it to a wrong value and manually fix it later.

        Hi,

I just tried it with X,Y,Z max of 999 and it created the correct M208 entries for a Cartesian printer.

What type of printer did you specify?

        Frederick

Printers: a small Utilmaker style, a small CoreXY and a E3D MS/TC setup. Various hotends. Using Duet 3 hardware running 3.4.6

assuming you have a delta you need to change the other values as well.

if you put in a homed height of 877 but leave the Maximum carriage travel: at something smaller then the configurator will complain about the nonsense you entered.

@Duckle Seems like there's a little bug in the configuration tool. Homed height has to be less than maximum carriage travel. If you enter a larger homed height than maximum carriage travel, it highlights homed height in red. If you then enter a larger maximum carriage travel, it doesn't remove the red error on homed height, which is incorrect. But you just need to enter the homed height again, and it will turn green, and let you proceed.
