Hi, I found a rotating magnet version in the far Australia (far from Italy) and tomorrow I'm going to mount it in my printer...as usual I have some questions about the documentation regarding parameters and use (last stable version of RRF):

      1. Raa:bb Allow the filament movement reported by the sensor to be between aa% and bb% of the commanded values; if it is outside these values and filament monitoring is enabled, the print will be paused
Do theese values represent a percentage? in the guide in the example is reported R70:130 does it means that the stop triggers if the filament extruded amount is below 70% or above 130% of the nominal value?

      2. Enn minimum extrusion length before a commanded/measured comparison is done, default 3mm
does it mean that the measurement will be made only at interval of Enn mm? In case aren't 3mm too much?

      3. An (firmware 2.03 and later) 1 = check All extruder motion, 0 = only check extruder motion of printing moves (moves with both movement and forward extrusion)
I don't understand what other movements an extrouder could do out of the printing move...what am I missing?

Lnn Filament movement per complete rotation of the sense wheel, in mm
Initially you will not know the exact "L" parameter to use so start with 28.4 and use the output of the calibration to tweak this.
      What's the output of calibration?

Least but not last: in Marlin when a sensor triggered a filament runout with the command M600 it was possible to determine what actions the printer could do (extrude a given amount of filament, raise the Z, park the head etc.), how all this can be made with RFF?

      Thank you guys!
      Andrea

        Yes.

        I don't think so.

Purging? Loading or unloading filament from a long bowden tube?

I think this feature is coming. There will be a macro that you can edit to define what you want to do upon runout. Currently it just pauses the print.
