Hello,
I bought a paneldue 7i on the E3D online website with a duetwifi2 and a smart effector. It took me a long time to install everything. Now my printer works perfectly. So I was able to print a support to install the paneldue.
The problem is that the paneldue displays nothing but a white screen. I checked the connections, nothing could be simpler, and the problem is not there.E3D told me that I had to do a post here for the warranty service.

How is it connected and does it show you the normal interface is you power it with only a usb cable connected?

I connect it and feed it through the duet card.
I have just done the test with a simple usb connection and I have exactly the same result: white screen and nothing else. -

please try a reset and update the firmware -
It sounds like the firmware was accidentally erased. Following the firmware update process should get it back working.

This morning I plugged my screen into my duet, everything lights up well but I don't have any information related to my printer (temperatures, etc.). I need to set up a few things?

what firmware did you install on the paneldue and what firmware are you running on the duet?

RRF2.05 on DUET and 3.2 on paneldue.
I will try to install an older version I don't have a display but the stop and home commands work. -

3.2 on paneldue requres at least 3.1.1 on the duet.
