PanelDue configurable macro buttons

I think it would be nice to define paneldue buttons and macro files triggered by them in config instead of taking first 4 files available.

You can order the files with a leading number. Does that help?

ex:

1_turn lights on
2_turn off heaters
3_etc etc

Then on the panel the leading number is hidden from display, but the order retained.
