I'm running firmware 1.18.2 and things were going well for the first 30 print hours then my thermostatic fan connected to P0 started acting up. Now I can't get it to work at all but if I swap it to an always on connector it runs fine. I don't think the FET is bad because I can switch it on/off and set speed via G-code M106.

      I was using
      M106 P0 S0 I0 F500 H1 T40

Could it be the PWM frequency or something in 1.18.2?

Try changing S0 to S1 in that command.
