Maximum fan current

On the DuetWifi what is the maximum current that can be drawn through the fan headers at 24v?

From the mosfet data sheet, I think you can probably draw around 2A before the mosfet gets too hot, as long as you are not using a high PWM frequency.

That's ample. I have attached a bunch of LED's to the p1 fan connector, so they are now dimmable. Childish I know, but it made me smile.

We have several users wanting to drive dimmable RGB LEDs, which is why we are looking to support additional PWM channels on the DueX5.
