      @wilriker

      (I hope it is O.K. to post here in the general PanelDue-forum wishes since I could not find a PanelDue-Wishlist-section?)

      Today I swapped again the heatplate since I am currently tryin diffrent thermal heatpads between the actual heating-core and the aluminum-plate which is the "real" heatplate, since I have access to a thermal-camera and can see how much the temp-sensor and the top of the plate differ in reality.

      So after swapping when doing my bed-levelling (bed.g - in my case for 4 manual screws via G29 in bed.g with

      M557 X{move.axes[0].min+15}:{move.axes[0].max-15} Y{move.axes[1].min+15}:{move.axes[1].max-15} P2:2) ; define mesh grid with G29 for probing, check M208 for the size in mm

      in config.g) I realized how much I missed the actual tool position z-value on PanelDue (that is displayed in DWC here
      11152b35-0189-4d5e-bf28-b8a99f9d1e26-grafik.png
      and so wanted to ask if in PanelDue there might be a chance to integrate that also here somehow

      Thanks for all the hard work at this point! I am quite aware that this is a nice-to-have and not an urgent thing!

      Best regards

        @LB Thanks for this suggestion. And yes, it's ok to post here.

        I can of course see the usefulness of your suggestion. But I have to check if the space you pointed out is also available on the smaller 4.3" screen version. I'll check and see what I can do. I also would like to integrate something to move all axes requested in a M291 command not just Z. But that will take some thinking.

          Thanks so much for your work and to develop it further! Looking forward to all the improvements! I wish you that with all the new stuff you manage to keep it KIS (KeepItSimple)!

              That is like an old wish coming true, because I remember some forum-post about it from 2018/2019 -> Thanks for checking that!
