Hello, since I updated today from the RRF 3.1 to the rRF 3.2 stable I only get heater faults and can no longer print.
Several problems have occurred. 1. heater fault 2. no toll selected. I haven't changed anything on the slicer S3D ! I use an E3D chimera+ wakü Hotend and a 330x330 aluminium plate with 300x300 400 Watt silicone heating mat with epkos 3950k sensor. I always had error messages after the update that the heaters are overpowerd and several times also measured with p0.8 or 0.6. at 0.6 the error message was gone, but the temperature was set to 210 ° C but the heater only displayed 202 and also needed about 5 min until it went to 212.
finally I deleted the data on the SD-Card and re-set everything via the Config tool ! Then no endstops were detected and after long search and comparison of the config. with the old version I noticed that he did the ! did not make at the final stop pin ! After manually adding the ! before the final stop pin (M574 X1 S1 P"!xstop" ) I was able to home. Furthermore, the Config Tool sets the trigger value to 500 ??? in all How tos is mentioned here 25 ? what would be right here ?
near the config.g and the S3D start code Please for help as I can't print at the moment !
With the startcode it would be possible that I made a mistake in my panic ! However, this has nothing to do with the heater error ?

      Actually i run another Heater 2 Autotune with M303 H2 S250 since 20 minutes ?

Heater tuning is stopped with this message :

Warning: heater behaviour was not consistent during tuning
Auto tuning heater 1 completed after 3 idle and 25 tuning cycles in 1356 seconds. This heater needs the following M307 command:
        M307 H1 R1.579 C309.1 D7.01 S1.00 V24.4
Send M500 to save this command in config-override.g

Next issue... the tuning routine dont start my fans ! Ive manually started these from webcontrol at the start of Phase 2 and deactivated manually at the end of phase 2

maybe someone has an idde what's going wrong here 🙂

          epkos 3950k sensor.

b3950 and epcos are two different thermistors.

I always had error messages after the update that the heaters are overpowerd

that is not an error, just a warning. you can ignore that warning.
its just in case the mosfet fails, that is the temperature that it can reach.

the Config Tool sets the trigger value to 500 ??? in all How tos is mentioned here 25 ? what would be right here ?

bltouch is 1000. but that has no impacts since its a digital signal.

near the config.g and the S3D start code Please for help as I can't print at the moment !

can you post he exact error message

Next issue... the tuning routine dont start my fans ! Ive manually started these from webcontrol at the start of Phase 2 and deactivated manually at the end of phase 2

          the parameter is

          M303 TX S250

where X is the tool number. otherwise fans are ignored

wow Great Thanks for the fast reply !

The Vendor of the Heatbed Says:
Thermistor ist 3950K in Marlin-Firmware (Epcoslike)
Neue Marlin Firmware 60 als Thermistor wählen.

Actually ive used the : QWG-104F-3950 Sensor in RRF Konfigurator for testing. I hope this is the right one

also blTouch ist 25 ok ? or better go with 500 or 1000 ? I think this are the sensitivy:-)

can you look at my S3D Startcode in the first post ? Is that ok so ?

ive tune the heater tomorrow again with M303 T1 S250 🙂 then it should go

yes it sets the beta value to 3950. ignore the Epcoslike. that is just bullshit and untrue.

it makes no difference. its not the sensitivity.
bltouch is a digital signal either 0 or 1000

              seems fine

              dont forget to save it

and also tune the bed. that is just H0

Ok, very big thanks for the moment 🙂

can anybody upgrade the documentation ?

                • that it doesn't matter with the bl touch whether 25, 500 or 1000 ! because the configtool chooses 500 and is mentioned in the description 25 🙂
                • and that you can take t instead of h for the autotune
                • in addition, the possible error of the endstops with the missing "!" in the creation of the config by the Config Tool ! see above in the first post

I have consistently followed the description and yet questions have come up again and again

the heatbed tuning is finishing perfect !
                  These are the results:

                    Wonderfull 🙂
The printing started without any problem and change to the start code and is running properly! I assume that the error message "No Tool Selected" came due to the heater error. Now after another measure, it's time to do it again. In addition, it should be mentioned: Until the new measuring method of the heaters ( rrf3.2 stable) I had used the Epkos T100000 B4092 for the heating bed and there were no errors except for the overpowerd message and I could print. Now with the new method there was no more pressure and the error of the wrong sensor was noticed 🙂

super work . Respect and I regret no second only to use original parts and to leave the fingers of all the copies :-)I think the thread can be closed. Thank you very much

for the sake of completeness and as a possible clue for other users here is the result of the E3D Chimera+ Wakü Hotends with brass heating block, brass E3D 0,4 Nozzle , E3D High Precision Heater Cartridge 24V / 30W heater and E3D 104 GT Semitec Sensor:

Auto tuning heater 2 completed after 3 idle and 10 tuning cycles in 775 seconds. This heater needs the following M307 command:

no that is because you are missing a T0

add it to the end of your config.g or at the beginning of your start g code

                          I dont think so !
                          I have no T0 in Start Code or in my Config.g , because i use the e3d chimera+ and have set offset T0=-9mm / T1= +9mm.
and the bed distances goes from the mioddle of the chimera !
I havent change the startcode !
