Skr1.3 board, Lpc Port RepRapFirmware 3.2-RC2.
When the sensor is connected to -z , it blinks twice, and triggers as it should, but if the sensor is in any other position it blinks occasionally. But if the sensor on the sensor just apply voltage from another source it works fine, what can be the reason?

In general, I connected the sensor "vcc" power to the ICSP +3.3 on the board. The sensor began to work normally. Not quite correctly connected, but it works fine.
