Pause macro with conditions

Hi guys,
IIRC I can make Slic3r add comments to the gcode, like- wall inner
- wall outer
- infill
- Layer x
- etc...
It would be nice to have a pause macro which pauses the print at next layer change or next infill.
Therefor, the comments in the gcode mustn't be ignored, but checked for above mentioned keywords.
At least, while the macro is running.It would be handy for long overnight pause/resurrect scenarios or when I have to pause the print regularly and want it to pause while doing an uncritical infill.
Is it possible already?

Interesting idea.
I wonder how many slicers can be configured to provide the needed information.
