FAN0 not working, FAN2 wont stop

I cant seem to use FAN0 on my duet2wifi. not sure why, it was working now it doesn't
when I switch to use FAN2 it works. but wont turn off.. it just slows down

Part Cooling Fan is using 24v 5015 Blower Fan (2 wire)

Do the tiny mosfets near the fan ports look damaged?
