Duet2Wifi delta inconsistent / unequal x and y

I have a production model that I print over and over again. Every once in a while the print comes out oblong, unequal in x and y. If I could figure out what I am doing wrong it would be extremely helpful and save me money. This is a trace of the base of two prints, one is correct and the other is oblong. These two prints were made back to back on the same machine.
Hardware is a Tevo Little Monster with BLTouch. I heat the bed and run delta calibration before every print.config.g bed.g -
Check the mechanics for something either binding or loose.
