RRF 3.3beta2 Mesh Heightmap Invalid

After Updating today from 2
3.2.2 to 3.3beta2 my Heightmap is not displayed anymore.
Just "Invalid Heightmap"at the End of the Bed Leveling Sequence it throws this Error:
Error: Bad command: M409 K"statN3441 M409 K"move" F"v"*118
The heightmap.csv looks normally. with G29 S1 i can load it without error but
it isn't displayed (Invalid Heightmap)
Regarding the Date and Time in the heightmap.csv File it will be updated every time i do the Mesh Bed Leveling, so that seems OK. -
Check that you are running DWC 3.3beta2 as well as RRF 3.3beta2.

Oh, that could be the problem.. Thanks for the advise, i forgot to update dwc
