Homing issues after upgrading to 1.19

Trying to figure out what has happened. Everything was good and the machine homed fine before the upgrade to 1.19. After the upgrade, my machine grinds and pushes out to one side.
I'm not sure what's happening since the firmware is the only thing I changed.Dont mind my messy cables, I was checking connections when I snapped the video

Did you read the upgrade notes, in particular the bit about deleting unused deployprobe.g and retractprobe.g files?
