Update 3.3 b1 to 3.3b2 fails

Hi,
i want to Update My Duet WiFi from RRF 3.3 Beta1 to beta 2, but this fails with the following message:

Error: M997: In-application programming binary "0:/firmware/Duet2_SDiap32_WiFiEth.bin" not found

I found the missing file in the old sys folder but not in the new firmware folder here is only one file located and this is Duet2CombinedFirmware.bin nothing more.
I hope i have nothing overseen in the release note which causes this error.
What can i do to fix this Problem?

@siam, you can download that file from the 3.3beta1 release on github. Then upload it to the Duet via DWC and it will be put in /firmware.

@dc42 Thanks for your help! Now the error is gone, but the Update does still not work. I upload the Duet2Combinedfirmware.bin to the duet and after a short delay I will be asked that will start the update. This I have approved and after a short time the Duet Board will restart and the firmware is still on 3.3.B1 i have downloaded the 3.3b2 firmware twice and tried the update process again with the same result.
It seems not a browser cache problem to be because the m122 command gives me the same Version result.

• Did you download that IAP file fresh from the 3.3b1 release? It's also available in the 3.3b3 release. There was an earlier version of that file which won't work after 3.3b1.
• Does your machine include a PanelDue? If so, watch it for error messages when you try to upgrade.

Yes i have if you mean the Duet2_SDiap32_WiFiEth.bin file or is there a other file ?

No I don't have a PanelDue

@siam, try uploading both the firmware file and the IAP file from the 3.3beta3 release, https://github.com/Duet3D/RepRapFirmware/releases/tag/3.3beta3.

Command back I have uploaded the Duet2_SDiap32_WiFiEth.bin file from the version 3.3.b3 and this solved my problem now the Update process works as expected! Thanks for your assistance!!!
