Duet 3 Mini 5 web control issues

Hi All, I got a new Duet 3 Mini5+, and I'm having issues with getting to the web control, when I browse to the IP address, I get the following error:

Your Duet rejected the HTTP request: page not found
Check that the SD card is mounted and has the correct files in its /www folder

I checked and re-uploaded the DuetWiFiServer.bin on the SD card in the sys folder, it seems to not be able to find it when I send M997 S1, giving me the following error: Error: M997: File DuetWiFiServer.bin not found

I have also reformatted the card, but no luck

When I run M122, it seems to recognize that I have the SD card installed:

To exclude the SD card as a possible cause of issues, I have also taken the microSD card from my Duet 2 WiFi, which I know works, and it it giving the same issues.

What would be the next thing to check?

@comediantf2 please ask your supplier to replace your Duet 3 Mini, quoting this post as authorization. We have had a few instances of intermittent SD card communication in the first production batch.
