True bed levelling coordinates
-
hi im currently setting up my printer and want to use true bed leveling. as far as i can tell from the duet3d documentation about it i should prob as near as possible to the lead screw. my "problem" is that i don't know how my coordinates need to be configured because my probe is relativ far off from my nozzle (X25,25 Y67mm). do i need to change my origin relative to my probe and reset it after leveling again or is there a different way (btw this is my first printer i am building, so i dont know to much about the duet system)? i hope somebody can help me.

The probe offset is relative to the nozzle. Set in G31.
The leadscrew coordinates are relative to the 0,0 point of your build surface. It doesn't need to be precise, just close enough. If your bed mount has a pivot point other than the lead screw that would be the better location to use.
Then in bed.g you choose the locations to probe that gets the probe as close to the pivot/lead screw points as close as you can. The firmware will figure out the rest.

And just for the sake of completeness. Examples and instructions here: https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Bed_levelling_using_multiple_independent_Z_motors
