3.3RC2 Bug - bad reply format version

When setting up wifi in access point mode, when specifying the channel, e.g. C1 as per the wiki example, when setting M552 S2, the following response is received.

Failed to change WiFi mode: bad reply format version

When omitting the C1, it works as intended.

I have upgraded to 1.26 (forgot that was part of the beta/RC release) and the issue remains
