      Hi,

A while back, I bought a Duet 3 mini 5+ Wifi v1.0 SD, but only just finished a build with it.

Unfortunately, it has the same behavior as my v0.5 Ethernet one did with SD cards. M21 results in an Error: M21: Cannot initialize SD card 0: Card is unusable.

I repeated all the steps that I did with the last board.

      1. Connected with YAT, sent M21 - this doesn't go through. I get the above error.
      2. Exchange the SD card (just in case, since the data on the card was just fine)
      3. Reformat the original card
      4. Try the card in the replaced v1.0 ethernet - it worked

To quote a classic "He's dead, Jim".

In this thread, @dc42 - you mentioned that a noclean flux pen and hot air equipment can get this fixed easy. Is this something you could describe? Or should I not even attempt it and just try E3D again for a replacement if you would authorize it?
