Sorry for all the wacky threads, working on getting things in order for the arrival of my package tomorrow. I could use these carriage spacers as is on openbuilds gantries if only I could grind the holes out from 2.8 or so to 5mm threaded. how difficult is it to grind this stuff relatively accurately and bore it into a 5mm circle. That line drawn around it wouldn't happen to be 5mm diameter (2.5mm radius from center hole) would it? Baring that I'll have to print an adaptor which reintroduces printer accuracy and spacing problems albeit in a less critical way (centering the pcb itself to the carriage

The circles around the holes are 6mm diameter.

I'm working on an adaptor now that I'll share for those in a similar position.

Know anyone with a laser cutter? Could have them cut you some pieces from plexiglass.
