Solved White screen of death reloaded?

Hello everyone
I/we recently purchased two Panel Due 7i, one for future use with a Duet3HC and one for our Duet2Wifi. After I connected it to the Duet2 to test it for defects it initially worked but on the next day the screen only went white (Backlight?). I successfully reflashed it with the current firmware but the screen stayed white, regardless if I connect it to USB power supply, USB port or the two connector options for the Duet.
The second display is working great so it seems to me its a hardware defect. Does anyone have an idea if I overlooked something that might be solveable?Michael

@visnu777 I agree, I think it has developed a fault. Please email warranty@duet3d.com and cc the supplier that you purchased it from. You will receive a reply including a link to a form to fill in.
