Tool board firmware update fails

My setup:
Duet 3 6HC, v3.3 firmware
Toolboard v1.1, unknown firmware version

Confirmed that Duet3Firmware_TOOL1LC.bin is on the SD drive, the toolboard LED is blinking slowly, showing connectivity, and confirmed that the v1.1 tool board is communicating:
M115 B121
"Duet TOOL1LC firmware version 3.3beta2+2 (2021-04-16 13:48:06)"

Attempted an update:
M997 B121
"Error: M997: Firmware file Duet3Firmware_TOOL1LC.bin not found"

Searched and found nothing indicting why this would fail.

As an aside, I can't tell if the firmware even needs updating, because I don't know how to query the onboard firmware version, or what the latest is.

@kb58 if you have it in the sys folder, put it in a folder called firmware in the root of the SD card and vice versa.

Oh, snap! Yes, you reminded me that new firmware needs to be in /Firmware. Fixed, and thank you, sir!
