Upload Firmware for Duet 3 After Erase
-
I have erased my duet 3 6HC with a jumper connector. Now I am not able to upload a new firmware. Whenever i plug it into my pc the port won't find the correct driver. I have already reinstallt them but it still won't work. I run my duet with a Raspberry Pi SBC. I tried to upload the new firmware with bossa with ssh but i couldn't download things from repos.
How can i restore the Firmware from my duet 3 6HC?
Edit:
How can i download bossa for the Raspberry Pi? -
@printoverse If you recently flashed DuetPi (the image running on the Raspberry), you could use the bossa program from the start menu to flash your Duet 3. In case you have a spare microSD card, you can flash it to that one from here (7 Jul 2021) and restore the firmware that way. When bossa asks you for the firmware files, look in
/opt/dsf/sd/firmware
.Also make sure the erase jumper is no longer on the board before you connect everything.
