@user-123 how may servo motors do you have, and how have you connected them to the Duet? Do you have a DueX2 or a DueX5 connected too?

@user-123 please post your config.g file. It sounds to me that you have configured driver outputs 4 and 5 on your Duet 3 6HC (which I am guessing is what you have - you didn't say) but you are not using them.
