Heater 1 fault for no obvious reason? see picture

Hey guys, I'm facing a strange problem after I was finally able to set up my bed leveling so that the printer would print normally again.
My hot end just dipped in temperature, and after "Heater 1 fault" it paused the printing. Here's what this looks like in the temperature chart:
At the black line I reset the error on DWC and resumed the print, since I doubt that my wiring is wrong, since I printed about 80 hours without any problems.
What could be the cause of this? I'm a bit confused. Maybe I have to replace my hotend? -
I'm starting to think this might be a sensor issue.
What should I do next? PID test again or swap the hotend to a new one? -
@re_tour It is very unlikely that the actual temperature would change that quickly. I'd be looking at either a wiring issue (like a bad joint, connector, or the wire broken due to flex) or a problem with the sensor itself (is it a cartridge type thermistor or a glass bead?), the thin wires that typically run the last few cm to the sensor are often a problem.

@gloomyandy I'll check it tomorrow since I want to finish this print(guess I'll just sit here all night and resume the print after every fault). Where should I look for the sensor on the hotend?
