RRF 3.4.0beta7+4 servo on expansion board issue

After updating to the new 3.4.0beta7+4 I immediately lost control of a servo on my 3HC expansion board.

I saw the note regarding a change in frequency. I tried adding a "Q50" to my M950 command that sets up the servo but that didn't solve the issue. Did I miss interpret the needed change?

After downgrading just my 6HC to Beta7+1 the servo works correctly again.

Edit: I am in standalone configuration as well.

Side note, the 7+4 beta fixed all of the issues with heating!
