Duet wifi connection problems

Got my first duet wifi the other day and was immediately able to connect via pronterface and followed startup guide to the T. However when I tried connecting to my network all I got was wifi module idle. I've tried lots of other things from google and people on 3d printing on FB and tried the M500 codes, etc and nothing seems to correct it. Running 1.19

I believe you must be the same Logan I was trying to help over FB the other day. I'd recommend adding some of the steps you have gone through to your post so that other users have an idea. Sorry I couldn't help you get it solved, but hopefully someone here can!

Have you defined your WiFi access point credentials using the M587 command.
Can you do a M588 command from whatever and report the results?
