Successfully transferred all wiring and settings (I think) from Due/RADDS/Repetier. This is the third controller I've had in this printer… glad I haven't ever shortened up the wiring. Definitely a rat's nest.

I need to design a PanelDue case. My mounting requirements are somewhat unusual due to this printer's oddball form factor.

Here's the build log for this printer if you want to see more pics, but it's not strictly Duet-related so I won't go into details here unless people ask. https://groups.google.com/d/msg/deltabot/iibYgiTxU5U/TxYUtlvLCgAJ

I'll upload printing action shots as I get it dialed in. No time for test prints tonight.

Very nice! Is the blower fan on top of the effector for print cooling? How have you ducted it to blow air over the print without cooling the nozzle too much?

Yeah, the blower mounts on top of the effector and blows through a hole in it. A duct bolts to the bottom of the effector to route air and support the dIR probe.

The duct blows directly at the nozzle. Works great. Blowing from two sides would be better, but I usually just orient overhangs towards the fan.

Overall, how would you rate the quality of prints produced by this unique machine? I think it's totally far out, man. I can't stop thinking that if the quality is on par with similar high end componentry utilized by members that also are in the Duet club, I'd love to have one myself. I love the rarity (at least, or never seen another one myself so rare to me fwiw!). Nice work and I'd love to know more about it if you have the chance to fill me in.
