Now this is happening to me as well. I am setting up a printer which has been upgraded to Duet 3D Mini 5+ and I get it configured and the Config.g file disappears. I need to manually enable wifi, and then I can reload the system and get it back up. Very annoying. I am running reprap 3.4.0.
