Hello I got a new laptop recently and I can't find my printer in my local network. I still have my old laptop and it can connect to the printer. My setup is a duet3 mainboard 6hc with a raspberry pi.

Is there somewhere in the config files I need to add my new laptop?

        No, not in the Duet.

Does your new laptop connect to you in-home WiFi network?

Printers: a small Utilmaker style, a small CoreXY and a E3D MS/TC setup. Various hotends. Using Duet 3 hardware running 3.4.6

It's the raspberry pi that handles the networking, so you'd need to make sure it's actually connected to the network and determine what IP address it has.

@feynman137 If your RaspPi is connected to your local network and if you haven't changed the hostname yet, try to open http://duet3.local.

Hey guys I sincerely apologize for the delayed response, work has been killing me lately... I tried the link posted by @chrishamm and it worked great. I do wonder is this secure though? Could someone enlighten me? Is this best practice

Secure how? It's only accessible from your internal network unless you make the effort to open it up to the outside.
