My Duet 3D Magnetic Filament Monitor says not enough movement 3 minutes into a print and after I resume it, it still happens. Here is how my filament sensor is configured.

      ; Filament Sensor
      M591 P3 C"e0stop" S1 D0 R10:190; filament monitor connected to E0 endstop
M591 D0 ; display filament sensor parameters for extruder drive 0

      Here is m591
      m591 d0
Duet3D rotating magnet filament monitor v4 on pin e0stop, enabled, sensitivity 28.80mm/rev, allow 10% to 190%, check printing moves every 3.0mm, version 4, mag 130 agc 77, measured sensitivity 26.76mm/rev, min 0% max 110% over 151.1mm

@tratoon For troubleshooting the magnetic filament sensor, see https://docs.duet3d.com/User_manual/Connecting_hardware/Sensors_filament#troubleshooting

@droftarts I have already taken a look, there is nothing in there that describes my issue, all my mag and agc values are fine

@tratoon Looks like you have a mechanical problem. @Lo-Fi has designed a housing which is better suited for FFM printers. The other option is to carefully file the filament path and the idler brackets until the hobbed assembly rotates smoothly.

@infiniteloop Thank you, I had already tried LoFi's design a few days ago, just had to file it down and tweak it a little, now it works like a charm.
