      Is there a way to connect Duet WiFi via WIFI direct to my PC without using a network.

        If your PC has WiFi then the easiest way at present is to configure your smartphone as a WiFi hotspot and connect the Duet and PC to it. Or you can use a mini router such as the WR710N, which also has an Ethernet connection you can use if your PC doesn't have WiFi.

          Working fine smartphone as WIFI hotspot. And is it possible without smartphone. I try to set up a WIFI hotspot on my macbook pro without succes.

              Thanks,I will wait. Your DuetWifi and special the Smarteffector are working great. Z probing is fast and exact.
