Uploaded file sorting and printing right after upload

I would like to be able the uploaded files by the date of creation / upload and a way to print an uploaded file right after upload process without the need to search for it .

Probably I am blind or stupid , but can you explain me how to sort for upload date or dimension? I am able to sort only for file name.
If I understood correctly for upload and print I need to use the "upload and print " button at top.

In the list of files, click on the column heading.
