Value of the internal pull-up resistor on end stops

Anyone know the value of the pull-up resistor on end stops? I'm thinking of adding an external one as I seem to be having an issue with end-stops being flaky.

Maybe you could measure it with the board off, measure resistance from endstop signal pin to Vin? Just guessing here though.

Was going to do that, figured maybe someone knew off hand by spec – it would be resistance of 3.3v to signal. Vin would be 24v -- and I should hope that's not going to the end stops

I only know that they are quite high value resistors you don't want much current flowing. -
The schematic is linked to from the wiki. AFAIR they are 1K pullup resistors in series with the LEDs.
