i know I can configure dual Y steppers for a classic Cartesian instead of using a single stepper and an axel but is it possible to have 2 endstops for Y? It would allow me to square up Y against X.

Currently we only support one endstop per axis. Multiple Z endstops are already on the wish list, and when I implement this I'll include multiple X and Y endstop switches too.
