Improved Nimble mount

As part of designing a mount for the Duet filament monitor, I have also modified Lykle's excellent Nimble mount for the Smart Effector to include a nut trap for the large heatsink nut so that it does not come loose when you are working on your hotend, as you can't get a tool to it to tighten it up.
