Tevo little monster delta skew issue

I just replaced a stepper motor on my Tevo Little Monster and ran through calibration. After the calibration I printed an "X" 200mm x 200mm. I had to add M579 to scale down the x direction and now x and y are both 200mm, but the print is skewed such that the angle between two legs of the "X" is over 90 agrees and the angle between the adjacent two legs is slightly under 90 degrees.

Anyone have any suggestions?
