UnauthorizedAccessException on most /sd files after moving card?

In the process of creating a new install on a fresh card to upgrade from my legacy DuetPi Lite to Standard so I may install a screen, I have copied and pasted all my /opt/dsf/sd content from the old install to the new location
But it appears this created a lot of permission issues; almost all my gcodes fail to load, some config files, even after changing permission from the explorer.
One print somehow bring an out of bounds error while printing a small part in the middle of the bed? Perhaps lost access to bed.g?
I've kept the original, fully working install on the original SD card for now; swapping back to it resolves all issues, except no GUI. This also means I can try and migrate the setup again if it's easier
Any tip on fixing, or properly migrating SD card content from one distro to the other?

@fractalengineer download the files from the system tab in DWC, set up the new SD card and then upload the files
