Duet 3 mini death ?

Hello,
I bought a Duet 3 mini Wifi in November 2022.

Today I switched on my printer and nothing was displayed on the Paneldue.
I then tried to connect it to the PC and it was not recognized on the USB port.
only the red led lights constantly when the usb cable is connected.
What can it be ?
nothing can be seen visually.

I tried it with all usb cables, and also on every usb port on the PC without success

I bought it from DOLD Mechatronik GmbH. How can I exchange it?
